Job Description:

As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with customers. You'll educate clients on the best heating and cooling solutions, provide accurate estimates, and ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage commercial HVAC sales leads
  • Conduct consultations and site visits to assess customer needs
  • Present product and service options clearly and effectively
  • Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals
  • Follow up on all sales inquiries, proposals, and past customers
  • Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HVAC sales experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to customers
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Secondary School (required)

Experience:

  • HVAC sales: 2 years (preferred)
