Influence key stakeholders to integrate learning solutions into change management plans to sustain new/enhanced capabilities.
Conduct Needs Analysis - Work with business partners, in an environment of ambiguity and complexity whereby the business partner is solving for a high impact systemic issue versus business as usual, to define business objectives that will lead to customized training initiatives and ensure they are consistent with business goals and objectives. Conduct needs assessments to identify critical capability gaps and determine learning requirements aligned to strategic priorities, develop and curate learning paths to build capabilities with existing learning solutions and support and guide the delivery of learning solutions for the SBU.
