hands‑on driver
of profitable growth: building, launching, and optimizing high‑velocity experiments across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, while piloting
influencer collaborations
in the
UAE, UK, US, and India
.

What you'll own (primary → secondary)
- Creator/Influencer program (primary):
Source, vet, and onboard micro‑creators/operators in
UAE, UK, US, India
for
Miivo and client brands
. Own outreach, negotiations, briefs,
usage rights
, timelines, and payouts.
- Client campaign ops:
Turn SOW/briefs into shipped work: mapping ICPs, building creator shortlists, coordinating approvals, and keeping
brand/legal/compliance
tidy per client. Maintain
SLA
dates and comms cadence.
- UGC production & repurposing:
Convert creator outputs into
statics, carousels, short videos
; prepare
allow‑listed/whitelisted
variants; enforce
#ad/paid partnership
disclosures (per region).
- Measurement & tracking:
Create
link/UTM kits
per creator/client; wire up
GA4

Launch/optimize

delivered; 1 allow‑listed Meta ad flighted with creator handle (Miivo or client).
By Day 60
- ≥10 creators live across Miivo + clients;
allow‑listing/whitelisting
running on Meta/LinkedIn.
- ≥20 active creative variants (UGC + brand statics) across brands.
- CPA/CPL
within
20–30% of target
on at least one channel/region per brand.
By Day 90
- Engine v1: outreach → brief → publish → amplify → report (weekly) across
Miivo + 2–3 client accounts

- Multi‑region coverage with
stable CPA/CPL ≤ target
on 2+ channels or cohorts.
- Portfolio dashboard with cost → CTR/CVR → CPA/CPL → creator ROI; renewal recommendations.
Responsibilities (weekly cadence)
- Launch/iterate paid campaigns; maintain negatives, placements, and audience hygiene.
- Build briefs/storyboards for statics, carousels, and short video; coordinate edits.
- Run
Click‑to‑WhatsApp
and remarketing loops; ensure CRM tags and consent.
- Own quality gates: tracking parity (platform vs GA4), speed, and LP instrumentation.
- Source & manage creators across
UAE/UK/US/India
; ensure
proper disclosures
and usage rights; handle
allow‑listing
for paid amplification.
- Produce concise weekly reports: what we tried, what worked, what's next.
Must‑have experience
- 1–4 years in
performance marketing
with direct, hands‑on spend on
Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
.
- Demonstrated success launching in
US/UK/Canada/UAE
(targeting, compliance nuances, currency/budget pacing).
- Strong analytics:
GA4
, GTM (ideally
server‑side
),
Meta CAPI
, Enhanced Conversions, LinkedIn Insight Tag; Looker Studio or similar.
- Creative operator: can brief, crop, and iterate statics/shorts; comfort with Canva/Adobe/Figma.
- Funnel thinking: LP testing, offers, and UTM discipline.
