Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Fuwa Fuwa Cafe Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are expanding aggressively across North America and are looking for a hard-working, flexible, execution-driven operator who can take ownership of our entire Canadian operations.

You will work directly with the higher ups and act as the central driving force behind:

  • Same-store sales growth
  • Franchisee performance
  • Product execution
  • Store openings
  • Operational consistency
  • Coordinating marketing, supply chain, and store teams
  • Turning plans into real results

This is a high-ownership role where you'll be expected to solve problems fast, push initiatives to completion, and work closely with 30+ franchisees.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Canadian operational performance across all stores
  • Weekly franchisee check-ins, coaching, and KPI reviews
  • Drive AUV growth and implement revenue-building programs
  • Execute new product rollouts and operational standards
  • Monitor labour, food cost, ops checklists, guest experience
  • Manage new store openings and training
  • Work directly with the higher ups on high-priority projects
  • Build Canada into a top-performing region
  • Travel across Ontario/Canada as needed

Ideal Profile:

  • 3–7 years experience in F&B operations, multi-unit QSR, café chains, or franchise operations
  • Extremely hardworking, flexible, and hungry to grow
  • Strong communicator with clear, structured execution
  • Numbers-driven and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
