We are seeking a skilled individual to join us as a Landscape Division Supervisor This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our landscape division while actively participating in other construction tasks. If you are a proactive leader with landscaping expertise and a willingness to contribute to multiple construction areas, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise our landscape division, overseeing projects from start to finish.

  • Perform landscaping tasks such as grading gravel, operating machinery (excavators, mt100), and executing various landscaping duties.

  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to integrate landscaping seamlessly into overall projects.

  • Use proactive thinking to anticipate project needs, solve problems efficiently, and ensure successful outcomes.

  • Understand measurements, including the concept of square, to accurately plan and execute landscaping projects.

  • Contribute to other construction areas such as concrete work, foundations, and general labor tasks as required.

**Qualifications:**

  • Prior experience in landscaping, including grading gravel, operating machinery, and executing various tasks.

  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate project needs and solve problems efficiently.

  • Proficiency in understanding measurements and calculations, including familiarity with the concept of square.

  • Experience in other construction areas such as concrete work, foundations, etc., is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
