Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Contact Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone and digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly communicative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service and communication skills within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Accurately enter and update customer information using data entry skills
  • Provide detailed product or service information and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
  • Document all interactions thoroughly in the company database for future reference
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$23.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
