Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites . This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Train and manage housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management or a supervisory role in a hotel environment.

  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety practices.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
