Front of the House Responsibilities and attributes:

  • Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome
  • Receives orders, processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issues
  • Prepares and packages food and drink products
  • Participates in cleaning activities to keep the restaurant clean
  • Self-started and multi-tasker – you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Ability to find solutions to problems – you and your team can work through anything together
  • Learns from experience, as well as from those who have experience
  • Works well in a team environment to get things done collectively
