Job Summary

We are currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Job Duties:

* Storefront cashier

* Helping customers over the phone & email

* Effectively communicating with our delivery drivers

* Scheduling deliveries and service calls

* Receiving and entering payments

* Preparing orders

* Inputing invoices

* Taking and relaying phone messages effectively

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

* At least five years of customer service experience

* Grade 12 or equivalent

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision and with others

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
