Location: Winnipeg, MB

Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about bringing order to a fast-moving environment? Connection Homes — one of Manitoba's leading custom home builders — is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in day-to-day operations, project coordination, and administrative excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct support to company leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and follow-through.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare documentation and reports.
  • Assist with internal communications, marketing coordination, and project tracking.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support administrative systems for sales, finance, and construction operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital file organization.
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.
  • Previous experience supporting executives or management teams is preferred.
