Job Description

  • We are seeking a
    Contracting & Sourcing Specialist
    to support strategic procurement initiatives, manage supplier engagements, and lead end-to-end contracting processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and experience in managing complex agreements across diverse categories.

Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing activities including supplier assessments, competitive RFx processes, and contract negotiations.

  • Lead the contracting lifecycle — from drafting, redlining, and executing agreements to ensuring compliance with policies and risk standards.

  • Perform contract and financial analysis to identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and process efficiencies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and legal teams to resolve negotiation issues and ensure timely, compliant contract execution.

  • Maintain accurate contract records and metadata within organizational systems.

  • Provide regular updates to sourcing managers and business partners on project status and key deliverables.

  • Contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives by bringing market insights, innovation, and value-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in
    contract management or strategic sourcing
    (Marketing, Media, PR, or Market Research preferred).

  • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills with attention to risk mitigation.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS 
    Excel and PowerPoint
    ; experience with
    Ariba, Conga, or ServiceNow
    is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across cross-functional or global teams.

  • Bachelor's degree required;
    MBA preferred (not a must have)
    .

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
