Fear not – we've got the goggles and flippers ready with specialized training covering everything from British Swim School sales magic to the ins and outs of our fantastic programs.

As our sales superstar, you'll be the captain of both incoming and outgoing calls, navigating the vast sea of enrollment targets ethically and delivering service so exceptional it'll have customers doing backstrokes of joy. Whether you're fulfilling customer requests, managing the ebb and flow of operations, or creating a memorable experience that'll have people doing cannonballs of happiness, your role is crucial in making British Swim School the coolest pool in town.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Outgoing and Incoming calls and respond to emails
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Accurately enter new customer information into the system
  • Update existing customer information
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to the appropriate resource
  • Make follow-up and outbound calls as needed to follow up on leads
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
  • Keep up to date with current promotions
  • Produce end-of-day reports

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Quiet space to work
  • Computer with camera
  • Stable internet connection
  • Background check

Assets: Previous experience in aquatics (specifically in lessons)
