This role is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of our fleet. The successful candidate will perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standardsJob Responsibilities:Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on fleet vehiclesDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic toolsComplete safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet compliance standardsMaintain accurate service records and documentationRespond to breakdowns and perform on-site repairs when requiredCollaborate with operations and dispatch teams to minimize vehicle downtimeMaintain a clean and organized shop environmentRequirements:Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician CertificationExperience working with fleet vehicles (light-duty trucks, vans, etc.) preferredValid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with fleet management systems and maintenance tracking tools.Visit our website for more information at CRH Canada Group Inc. recognizes Canada's diverse landscape.
