We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events to ensure successful outcomes.

**Duties:**

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events.

  • Develop event budgets and ensure all expenditures remain within the set budget

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality events

  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations

  • Provide exceptional guest services and address any issues or concerns promptly

  • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Implement effective marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance

**Skills:**

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus

  • Excellent guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Effective time management to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects concurrently

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
