This role involves working closely with our team to deliver high-quality dental services, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Provide a range of dental services, including preventive care, restorative procedures, and emergency treatments.
- Utilize dental software systems such as Tracker for patient management, record keeping, and treatment documentation.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental health.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.
Experience
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, particularly with pediatric patients.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Epic is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
