Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team. This role will participate to safely clear snow and ice. Making sure areas are safe for others.
Duties
- Check properties for ice
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to ensure timely snow removal.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and other departments to coordinate snow removal efforts.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and others while operating machinery in adverse weather conditions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operating snow equipment is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in challenging weather conditions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during winter storms as required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this position.
