About The Job

Corinex Communications is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to support our CEO and global marketing initiatives. This role bridges executive communications, brand coordination, and content creation — helping position Corinex as a thought leader in the rapidly evolving cleantech and smart-grid sector.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in marketing or communications within the cleantech, renewable energy, or utilities industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to craft compelling presentations, manage digital content, and support high-impact campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Executive Officer in preparing presentations, and media materials.
  • Assist in the creation, editing, and organization of content for social media, website, and press materials.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for events, trade shows, and executive meetings.
  • Maintain and update marketing assets and digital content libraries to ensure version control and accessibility.
  • Help manage Corinex's social channels and assist in executing posts, campaigns, and analytics tracking.
  • Draft and proofread communications — including emails, briefs, press releases, and corporate announcements — to ensure clarity and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative projects on time and on brand.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the Marketing and Executive teams as needed.
  • Be available for occasional on-call support during weekends or after hours to accommodate global events, communications, or executive needs.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory Requirement: Must provide a portfolio of writing and design samples.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or executive support (experience in the cleantech, renewable energy, or utilities sector strongly preferred).
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of design and presentation tools (Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
  • A proactive, professional, and resourceful mindset aligned with Corinex's mission to accelerate the global energy transition.
