  We are seeking a Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) who values dependability and consistency in their work. Your excellent customer service skills will represent Cochrane at both the RancheHouse and The Station at Cochrane Crossing This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality service every day and appreciates a steady, well-structured role.

As a key contributor, the Customer Service Representative I is responsible for providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the telephone, answering all inquiries and referring residents to other departments when necessary. The CSR I will use good judgment to answer questions and assist with providing information to facilitate the most effective route to the source of information for the inquiry. The CSR I has a broad knowledge of staff functions, the business unit scope of work, and related forms. This is a role that requires flexibility whilst juggling competing priorities.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, professional and friendly communication who maintains confidentiality in all interactions.
 You are organized and time-management focused with an ability to prioritize and adapt to a changing pace and environment.
