The Opportunity

The Analyst, Contract Excellence plays a key role in supporting strategic Supply Chain (SC) initiatives to drive process standardization and continuous improvements. This role is ideal for a hands-on contributor who excels at analyzing complex data, optimizing workflows and translating business needs into actionable solutions. The role drives governance in SC processes and procedures. Strong collaboration with SC and cross-functional stakeholders is essential to ensure effective adoption, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives.

The Contract Excellence team ensures the SC organization is equipped with the necessary standards, processes, procedures, training, and tools to effectively manage the SC lifecycle. The successful candidate will apply analytical, commercial, legal, and industry expertise to base business and initiatives. Building strong relationships with SC leadership, SC execution teams, and cross-functional stakeholders is critical to delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that address priority needs. A solid background in process design and stakeholder engagement are essential.

 

This role sits within the Supply Chain organization, part of Corporate Services, and reports to the Manager, Contracts Excellence. It involves close collaboration across SC teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Support initiatives while applying timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and meeting facilitation to ensure successful delivery of assigned tasks and initiatives

  • Participate in developing and implementing processes and tools to improve supply chain operational efficiency

  • Organize and maintain the documentation library and version control systems

  • Support supply chain initiatives from scope definition through implementation and sustainment, leveraging a decision quality framework

  • Train and promote consistent application of supply chain processes

  • Support development and implementation of communication and training plans for supply chain

  • Be self-driven, curious and passionate about understanding the inner workings of our business and contributing to our growth

  • Have a creative and collaborative approach to process improvement and is excited to help shape the future of supply chain

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completion of a related undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a major in supply chain, business administration or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in business support and/or progressive experience in Supply Chain

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical writing experience

  • Experience with SAP and Ariba

  • Project management skills, including managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively

  • Strong oral and written communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills

  • Apply fact-based, structured decision-making while solving problems

  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
