Contract term: November - DecemberDaytime availability Thursday - Sunday required

Summary: Provide samples of Denninger's products to customers while providing excellent customer service.

Reporting to: Store Manager

Duties:

  • Provide samples of the designated Denninger's product to our customers
  • Educate customers on the products being demonstrated
  • Following the direction of the Department Manager or Manager, setup demo station equipment. (grill, tools etc.)
  • Ensure communication of allergens to customers
  • Ensure promotional protocols are followed with respect to signage, price information etc.
  • Upon ending your shift, take responsibility for cleaning your demo station and related tools and accessories related to your demo
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Food handlers Certification is an asset
  • Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the store

Essential Job Functions:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
  • Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 25 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
  • Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, freezers, outdoors, etc.)
