As the supervisor, you'll be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing Security team, providing the necessary training and support to equip them for their responsibilities in the field.

Job Responsibilities
- Fully support the Management Team in operational functions of various sites.
- Knowledge of company/ client policies to deliver superior quality of operational services and to ensure the well-being and preparedness of guards.
- Ensure site staff is fully trained, well-dressed, and possess the necessary knowledge to comprehend and follow their duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure guards are following Post-Orders and adhering to company and client policies.
- Mentor guards to ensure high quality services are being provided.
- Regular duty shifts will be part of your schedule.
- Ensure all staff understand how to complete and file regular site and duty reports accurately, professionally, and in a timely fashion.
- Assume leadership and maintain positive working relationships with site guards.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, customers and patrons.
- Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Complete incident reports and all required documentation for security purposes.
- Identify security violations/ threats, diffuse volatile situations and intervene accordingly, adhering to company policies.
- Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required.
Job Requirements
- A valid Security License
- Experience with arrests and detainments is an asset
- Retail security experience is required
- Supervisory experience is required
- Training experience is preferred
- Valid Driver's License and own vehicle is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, is required for this position
- Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Valid Use of Force Certification is an asset
