*** We are looking for mature adults, with flexible schedules and available during the week during the day, and as needed in the evenings and available to work on weekends as well.***

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Store/Restaurant Employee ensures to provide in effect an exceptional customer service; welcoming customers, answering questions and assist customers as needed, all the while respecting the rules of for health and safety, sanitation, quality and maintaining a good working environment.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

  • Ensure to put in effect an exceptional customer service; welcoming customers, courtesy, answer questions and assist customers as needed.
  • Assist in the marketing of our products and in inventory management, filling shelves, rotate stock, inventory count, all according to the process specific to each tasks or step.
  • Make Christmas baskets.
  • Be attentive with each transaction at checkout.
  • Inform your supervisor of any unusual situation or concern.
  • Keep the store and washrooms clean and welcoming.
  • Respect and enforce rules: established for health and safety, hygiene, sanitation and food handling, to be aware of and respect your work. schedule, any change must be approved in advance by the store manager
  • Act at all times with professionalism.
  • Respect your co-workers at all times.
  • Perform all other related duties asked of you by the Store Manager or the supervisors.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Minimum of 6 months to a year experience in a similar position and/or a position in customer service.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Bilingual : English and French, spoken and written.

Status: Part Time, permanent

Work Schedule: days, evenings, and weekends*

  • Schedule can change to accommodate operational needs.
