Votre mission

Relevant de la direction générale, le ou la Directeur(trice) de production supervise l'ensemble des activités liées à la fabrication. Il ou elle assurera la performance des opérations de production dans une logique d'efficience, de qualité, de sécurité et de mobilisation des équipes.

Responsabilités clés

  • Assurer la planification, la coordination et l'optimisation des opérations de production.
  • Encadrer et mobiliser une équipe de superviseurs, chefs d'équipe et employés de plancher.
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) liés à la productivité, la qualité, la sécurité et les coûts.
  • Participer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
  • Collaborer avec les départements connexes (entretien, qualité, ingénierie, logistique) pour assurer l'atteinte des objectifs.
  • Gérer les priorités quotidiennes tout en gardant une vision stratégique à moyen et long terme.
  • Veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité au travail.
  • Contribuer à la culture de collaboration, d'engagement et de responsabilisation.

Profil recherché

  • Formation pertinente en génie industriel, gestion des opérations ou toute autre discipline connexe.
  • Minimum de
    7 à 10 ans d'expérience
    en gestion d'équipes de production dans un environnement manufacturier.
  • Leadership mobilisateur, sens de l'organisation et grande rigueur opérationnelle.
  • Solide compréhension des processus manufacturiers et des principes d'amélioration continue.
  • Habiletés marquées en communication, gestion du changement et résolution de problèmes.
  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) un atout selon les partenaires internes.
