About Us
We are a growing in-house digital dental laboratory that focuses in (although not restricted to) implant-supported restorations. Our workflow is fully digital, from scanning, designing to 3D printing and milling .
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our team. You will work closely with our designer to help bring digital cases to completion, finishing and refining restorations with care and consistency. This is not a repetitive production role, we're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and works collaboratively to help cases move smoothly through the lab.
It is very important that the candidate has good experience with Exocad.
Key Responsibilities
- Finishing and characterizing zirconia, PMMA, metal bars, and 3D printed parts.
- Assisting with case management, ensuring that each case is progressing on time and meeting quality standards.
- Collaborating closely with our design and production team to troubleshoot and finalize restorations.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Taking responsibility for the final quality and detail of each case before delivery.
- Staying up to date with new materials, techniques, and digital workflows.
- Designing of prostheses on Exocad
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a dental laboratory environment, ideally with implant or digital workflows.
- Skilled in finishing all prostheses.
- Comfortable working with CAD/CAM workflows, 3D printing, and milling equipment (experience with exocad is required).
- A team player who takes ownership and is proactive about keeping cases on track.
- Reliable, organized, and attentive to fine detail.
- Strong understanding of implant components and screw-retained prosthetics.
- Experience polishing and adjusting metal frameworks and hybrid restorations.
