Job Title SAP Program Manager Engagement Manager S4HANA (OTCPTPRTR) Location Mississauga, ON (Onsite, 5 daysweek) Employment Type Full-time (or Contract adjust as needed) Reporting To Director, Enterprise Applications Head of SAP Transformation Travel Minimal local Shape Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned SAP Program Manager Engagement Manager to lead a multi-phase SAP S4HANA transformation with end-to-end accountability across OTC, PTP, and RTR value streams. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP delivery leadership, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record managing complex, multi-vendor programs, including inte-gration, data, cutover, and change management. This role is fully onsite in Mississauga to drive alignment, speed of decision-making, and hands-on leadership. Shape Key Responsibilities Program Leadership Governance Own the delivery of the S4HANA program across discovery, design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare. Establish and run program governance steering committees, RAID (RisksAssumptionsIs-suesDependencies), decision logs, status reporting, and KPI dashboards. Drive scope, schedule, budget adherence manage stage-gates and executive approvals. Orches-trate System Integrator (SI), SAP, and third-party vendors enforce delivery quality and SLAs.
Define and monitor critical path and go-live readiness criteria. Functional Value Streams (OTC PTP RTR) Ensure process harmonization and fit-to-standard in OTC, PTP, and RTR, minimizing customizations. Oversee design for pricing, ATP, credit, sales billing (OTC) vendor management, sourcing, inventory (PTP) GL, APAR, assets, close, consolidation (RTR). Align end-to-end processes across SDMMFICO, including Inter-company, Tax, and BankingPayments. Change Management Training Partner with OCM to define change impact assessment, stakeholder maps, and communication plans. Drive role-based training, securitySoD design, and super-user network readi-ness. Lead business readiness org impacts, roles responsibilities, SOP updates. Stakeholder Engagement Management Serve as the primary executive-facing leader-communicate status, risks, ROI, benefits, and value realization. Align with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and IT leadership. Manage and escalate program risks with mitigation strategies and clear decision paths. Shape Required Qualifica-tions 1015 years of SAP delivery leadership 58 years in ProgramEngagement Manage-ment for ERP transformations. Hands-on experience delivering SAP S4HANA (prefera-bly GreenfieldBrownfieldSelective Data Transition). Deep functional understanding of OTC, PTP, RTR processes with ability to challenge designs and ensure fit-to-standard.
