About The Role
As a
Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer
, you will make an impact by designing and implementing innovative solutions using Guidewire technologies to support the insurance industry. You will be a valued member of the Insurance Technology Solutions team and work collaboratively with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric applications.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead the design and architecture of Guidewire-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Integrate Guidewire PolicyCenter with other systems to optimize performance and functionality.
- Customize Guidewire Digital Portal to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure successful deployment and configuration of Guidewire Insurance Suite following best practices.
- Conduct testing and validation of Guidewire solutions, resolving issues as needed.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
- Stay current with Guidewire advancements and incorporate new features into existing solutions.
- Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Digital Portal.
- Expertise in Guidewire predefined and custom plugins.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire Insurance Suite fundamentals and integration techniques.
- Proven experience implementing Guidewire solutions in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
