The Role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our construction projects. Working closely with senior project managers and site teams, you will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the construction process. This role provides the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position while helping deliver meaningful, community-focused developments.

This position is ideal for someone early in their construction career who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to take on increasing responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating day-to-day project activities.
  • Support budget preparation, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Communicate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Monitor material deliveries, procurement, and equipment needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, RFIs, permits, and project records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
