Job Posting: Residential & Commercial Cleaner (Part-Time, 10–30 hrs/week)

Location: Parksville/Qualicum Beach

Hours: 15–30 hours/week, with potential for more

Wage: $20/hr-$25/hr : depending on experience

About the Role:

We're hiring a reliable and motivated cleaner to join our growing cleaning team This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

No professional experience required — if you have the right mindset, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do:

  • Clean residential and post-construction spaces with a focus on detail and care
  • Work solo or with a team depending on the job
  • Move, bend, and lift as needed (this is a physically active role)
  • Support our mission to help people feel great in their homes and workspaces

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic and a high standard of cleanliness
  • Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude
  • Great team communication
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Physically capable of active cleaning tasks (moving, lifting, bending, etc.)
  • Comfortable undergoing a criminal record check
  • Interest in working with eco-conscious products and habits (we use the Mint Cleaning line)
  • Appreciation for a calm, positive work environment
  • Reliable vehicle is a asset but not necessary if you live in central Parksville
