What You'll Do

  • :Lead the daily management of residential development projects — from land acquisition and concept design through municipal approvals, sales preparation, and project registrations
  • .Oversee internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment and timely progress toward key milestones
  • .Manage the planning approval process for single families, stacked townhouse, and condominium developments
  • .Act as the main point of contact with Joint Venture partners to support planning and submission activities for all projects
  • .Optimize site layouts, unit mixes, and overall project design to maximize profitability and meet market demand
  • .Develop, track, and assess project schedules and budgets; perform cost-benefit analyses to ensure financial targets are achieved
  • .Support broader business planning and project phasing strategies
  • .Stay current on relevant policies, industry trends, and emerging technologies shaping the real estate market
  • .Prepare annual update and present stakeholders

What You Brin**

  • g:5–8 years of experience in real estate development, ideally with exposure to both low and high-density project
  • s.A post-secondary degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related fiel
  • d.Deep knowledge of municipal approvals, zoning by-laws, and planning processe
  • s.Strong ability to interpret site plans and technical drawing
  • s.Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and feasibility assessment
  • s.Excellent project management and communication skills; proven ability to coordinate cross-functional team
  • s.Highly organized, results-focused, and proactiv
  • e.A collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire team
