Distinctive Bathrooms and Kitchen is a premier renovation company. We specialize in the key in hand service. We are a company that has been established for 35 years.

This is a full time position where our ideal candidate has:

-Completed at least one of the following or has equivalent work experience in design:

1.The Kitchen and Bath program from La Cite or Algonquin or an Ontario equivalent.

2.The interior design program from La Cite or Algonquin or an Ontario equivalent.

  1. Obtained a CKD or CBD or CKBD with the NKBA.

-Knowledge and application of Bathroom and or Kitchen design. (portfolio)

-Knowledge of available products in the industry.

-Experience in using available products in the industry.

-Knowledge of plumbing fixture, materials, qualities; companies and their differences.

-Renovation experience (knowledge of steps and order of tasks to achieve and complete jobs)

-Knowledge of plumbing/renovation procedures.

-3 to 5 years of sales experience. (Comparable or great track record)

-Experience working with Exel, Word.

-3 to 5 years of experience working with AutoCad, 2020 or other comparable software

-Ontario Building code knowledge is mandatory

-Bilingualism is an asset

We are looking for a skilled Design and Salesperson with a lot of design and construction experience. Full time career: excellent commission program. Great working environment in a growing established 35 year business.

  • Le programme Cuisine et Salle de bain de La Cité ou Algonquin ou un équivalent en Ontario.
  • Le programme de design d'intérieur de La Cité ou Algonquin ou un équivalent en Ontario.
  • Obtenu une certification CKD, CBD ou CKBD auprès de la NKBA.
  • Connaissance et application du design de salle de bain et/ou de cuisine (portfolio).
  • Connaissance des produits disponibles dans l'industrie.
  • Expérience dans l'utilisation des produits disponibles dans l'industrie.
  • Connaissance des accessoires de plomberie, des matériaux, des qualités, des entreprises et de leurs différences.
  • Expérience en rénovation (connaissance des étapes et de l'ordre des tâches pour réaliser et compléter les projets).
  • Connaissance des procédures de plomberie/rénovation.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en vente (historique comparable ou excellent).
  • Expérience avec Excel, Word.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience avec AutoCAD, 2020 ou autre logiciel comparable.
  • Connaissance du Code du bâtiment de l'Ontario (obligatoire).
  • Le bilinguisme est un atout.

Pay: $40,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
