What you'll be doing

  • Prepping and cooking dishes that highlight real Mediterranean ingredients and flavours
  • Working the line during service , clean, focused, on point
  • Keeping your station tight and your timing tighter
  • Helping with daily prep, cleaning, and closing
  • Tasting, adjusting, and constantly improving
  • Jumping in wherever you're needed
  • Communicating clearly, we move fast and have each other's backs

What we're looking for

  • At least a year or two of solid kitchen experience in a high traffic busy restaurant
  • Comfortable with knife work, heat, seasoning, and plating
  • Someone who shows up on time, focused, and ready to work
  • A good attitude, humble, hungry, and team first
  • You care about food, period
