We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Customer interaction by answering inbound telephone and email
- Plan and schedule appointments for field staff
- Prepare bank deposits
- Prepare payroll and reconcile field work
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to learn and become proficient in Industry specific software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
