This role provides administrative support to the office manager, operations manager, and business owners.

Primary Duties:

  • Answer phones and relay messages promptly and professionally
  • Reception duties and welcoming visitors
  • Filing and general administrative tasks
  • Keep the office tidy, and organized
  • Manage and respond to emails and physical mail daily
  • Manage company, executive, and personal information
  • Support managers with daily administrative tasks

Qualified Candidates should posses the following attributes:

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in a similar administrative assistant or receptionist role (preferred)

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong email and phone customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with tact, diplomacy, and good judgment
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Honest, trustworthy, and discreet
  • Self-motivated and task-focused

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
