This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves building partnerships, and wants to represent a brand that truly protects people at work.If you're energized by opening doors, solving real customer challenges, and growing a business - not just managing accounts - this could be your next move.What you'll do:Own the customer experience from first conversation to long-term partnership - for both new and existing clientsPosition Levitt-Safety as a trusted advisor, offering integrated safety solutions that go beyond productsDrive territory growth by prospecting, nurturing relationships, and expanding share of wallet with end users and distributorsPartner closely with inside sales, service specialists, and customer service teams to deliver seamless solutionsDevelop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to decision-makers at all levelsManage the full sales cycle independently, from opportunity identification through negotiation and closeStay plugged into the market through networking, industry events, and customer visitsLeverage Salesforce to build and maintain a strong, sustainable pipelineRepresent Levitt-Safety with confidence, credibility, and pride as a brand ambassador in the fieldThis role involves regular travel throughout the territory (reliable personal transportation required).What you'll bring: Drive, curiosity and ability to build trust.A strong passion for solution-based, relationship-driven selling2–5 years of success in sales or business development, ideally with CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)Confidence, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a field-based roleStrong communication skills and comfort presenting to customers and stakeholdersExperience in safety products or services is an asset - but not required.
