The team at Mayfair Dental Centrelocated in Victoria, BC are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a part-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Mayfair Dental Centre is a trusted family dental practice serving the Victoria community for over 40 years. Our clinic is home to five full-time dentists and a supportive, experienced team dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a fast-paced, positive, and patient-focused environment. We proudly care for over 8,000 patients annually and continue to grow through our commitment to excellent service and teamwork.

SCHEDULE:

  • 28 hours per week
  • Tuesday to Thursday 5pm to 9pm
  • Friday 1pm to 9 pm
  • Saturday 8am to 4pm
  • 5 Days of the week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Power Practice/Tracker is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
