Change Experience Lead- Contract -Hybrid -Toronto/ Mississauga

About the opportunity:


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity.


• Outstanding project management skills and ability to flex and multitask in a shifting environment. Takes a proactive approach to anticipating needs and leads with recommendations.


• Expertise in business partnering and consulting to determine client/customer needs and build effective relationships.


• Knowledge of emerging and evolving technologies. Ability to understand technical jargon and distill into simple consumer-facing communications & learning.


• Knowledge and experience working with change management practices and instructional design methodologies.


• Experience in working according to Agile methodologies.


• English working expert.


• BA/BS degree (required).


• Master's degree or equivalent education/work experience in a related field (preferred)


• At least five years of relevant experience in communication or organisational change Management.

Mandatory Skills you need


• Stakeholder Engagement / Management (Senior and Business Stakeholders)


• OCM Strategy Creation / Execution / Communication


• Technical aptitude and the ability to transfer into non-technical tangible items

Nice to have skills


• Marketing Skills


• Experience with Program-level OCM
