Position: Project Coordinator (2)

Department: Capital Projects

Job Classification: Safety Sensitive- Administration

Reports to: Project Manager

The Project Coordinator supports managers by overseeing administrative tasks, ensuring resource availability, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive actions plans, including resource allocation, budgets, and timelines

· Schedule meetings, track project progress, and ensure deadlines are met

· Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients

· Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and present updates to project managers and stakeholders

· Ensure that all necessary resources, including equipment and materials, are available for project execution

· Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project life cycle, adapting plans as necessary to keep the project on track

Qualifications:

· A degree in project management, business administration, or related field is preferred; relevant experience in project coordination

· Proven experience in project management or administration of at least 3-5 years

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders

· Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Familiar with project management software and tools to facilitate project tracking and reporting

· Knowledge of Onion Lake community and culture
