Position Summary:

We're looking for friendly, attentive, and reliable servers to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with guests, providing excellent service, and contributing to a positive and caring restaurant atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service
  • Take and serve dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash, credit transactions, and POS system with confidence
  • Manage orders through delivery platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, washrooms, and server stations
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members
  • Ensure all service follows health, safety, and Smart Serve standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous serving experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Korean and other Asian cuisine is essential
  • Must have a valid Smart Serve certification
  • Experience with POS systems and handling cash
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, team-oriented attitude
