Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Support the Store Management team in driving sales and profit through excellent customer service
  • Maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Engage with customers and make product recommendations based on their specific needs
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, current promotions, and store policies

Skills/Competencies:

  • Interest and ability to connect with customers to drive engagement
  • Understanding of sales and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
