Swamper / Laborer – Rigging & Flagging Experience

We are currently seeking a Skilled Swamper / Laborer to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and equipment on job sites.
  • Support drivers and operators with rigging and securing loads safely and efficiently.
  • Perform flagging duties to ensure the safe movement of vehicles and equipment in active work zones.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Support tradespeople and site foremen as needed in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with rigging and flagging in a construction or industrial setting (certifications preferred).
  • Physically capable of performing manual labor and working in outdoor conditions.
  • Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
  • Ability to take direction and communicate clearly in fluent English.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas

Compensation: Competitive wages with full benefits and RRSP plan
