Your Role: A Little Bit of Everything

Chairside Assisting:

  • Work one-on-one with our amazing dentist during procedures
  • Take X-rays, impressions, polish teeth, and more (as per Level II )
  • Educate and comfort patients before, during, and after treatments
  • Keep everything clean, safe, and organized with proper sterilization
  • Help us deliver smooth, efficient, and friendly clinical care

Front Desk Support:

  • Be the welcoming face (and voice) of our practice
  • Book appointments, confirm schedules, and manage daily flow
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with ease
  • Process payments and insurance claims confidently
  • Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes

Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage our clinic's presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook
  • Create engaging content: photos, videos, promotions, and health tips
  • Collaborate with the team for seasonal campaigns and patient engagement ideas
  • Respond to online reviews, comments, and DMs professionally
  • Help design in-office marketing materials (posters, flyers, etc.)
  • Track basic analytics and suggest improvements to boost visibility

What We're Looking For:

  • Certified Level II Dental Assistant (REQUIRED)
  • HARP certified
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Confident multitasker who enjoys variety
  • Experience with dental software (Open Dental) is a bonus
  • A true team player who brings positivity to the clinic every day
