About Highspot

Highspot is pioneering the category that is fundamentally changing the way companies increase sales productivity. On a mission to transform the way millions of people work with sales enablement, Highspot is committed to building breakthrough software with a spark of magic. We believe a great place to work is about more than the work – it's about what the company stands for, and how it authentically represents its values in the real world. You will lead the design and development of the user interfaces that bring the Agent Platform to life, including the flagship Agent Center, multi turn conversational experiences, and the admin surface for managing custom agents and their lifecycles. Your work will define how users discover, interact with, and orchestrate AI powered workflows across Highspot. This position requires deep expertise in React, JavaScript, and modern frontend architecture, along with the ability to translate complex AI driven systems into elegant and intuitive user experiences. You will play a central role in shaping the product vision, mentoring engineers, and establishing the crew as Highspot's center of excellence for agentic design and experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degrees or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proficiency in building cross-browser, highly interactive web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
