Own end-to-end financial stewardship of multiple government funding programs while supporting planning, analysis, and compliance. You'll build models, reconcile funding, and advise leaders on risks, opportunities, and operational impacts.

What you'll do

  • Oversee funding applications across government programs; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage program finances and compliance; surface issues with strategic/operational impact and recommend solutions.
  • Own final reconciliations to minimize recoverables while maintaining integrity and compliance.
  • Build financial models, sensitivity scenarios, and business cases aligned to program needs and constraints.
  • Identify continuous-improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to corporate/financial/administrative policies.
  • Analyze & investigate budget variances (spend, revenue, headcount, KPIs); forecast trends.
  • Partner with business units and procurement to prepare reports; explain budget vs. actuals and long-term impacts.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics (or equivalent).
  • 3–5 years in progressively advanced FP&A/financial analysis roles.
  • Strong grasp of accounting/economic principles; strategic and financial planning.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel; solid Access, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Clear, objective communicator who is comfortable with ambiguity; professional and persuasive in conflict.
  • Proactive self-starter who works independently and anticipates business needs.
