Lagrange Mechanical specializes in the installation of modular camps, employing 60–100 skilled tradespeople across Canada. Our team includes plumbers, Class A and B gasfitters, refrigeration and HVAC mechanics. We support dual-ticketed trades and promote career growth across all disciplines.

Position: Plumber / Gasfitter

  • Type: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship opportunities available
  • Shift: 14/7 rotation
  • Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Note: Overtime, weekends, shift work, and on-call duties are part of the role

Requirements

  • Journeyperson Plumbing and Gas fitting ticket(s) or registered apprentice.
  • Ability to perform installations (HDPE water mains, copper lines, ABS drainage, fixtures, threading steel pipe, commissioning gas systems, etc.)
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  • Physically capable of lifting, carrying, crawling, climbing, and working on your feet for extended periods
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, comprehension)
  • Out-of-town work required
  • Must supply personal power and hand tools (consumables and specialty tools provided)

Assets (Not Required, but an Advantage)

  • Additional safety certifications (e.g., Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform, First Aid, H2S, Confined Space, CSTS-2020)
  • Class 5 driver's licence
  • Experience with modular trailers

Schedule & Pay

  • 10-hour shifts
  • 14/7 rotation
  • Overtime and weekend availability required
  • Overtime pay provided
  • Salary negotiable based on experience
  • Some remote work possible
