Responsibilities
- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, funerals, and special events.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Use best practices in floral design and customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop promotional displays and marketing strategies to drive sales.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Retail sales experience, particularly in the floral or related industry.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage shop operations efficiently.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Strong sales skills to promote products and services effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions smoothly. Will give training
