Floral Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and managing daily operations within the shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong artistic skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to fulfill their floral needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, funerals, and special events.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Use best practices in floral design and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to develop promotional displays and marketing strategies to drive sales.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Retail sales experience, particularly in the floral or related industry.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage shop operations efficiently.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Strong sales skills to promote products and services effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions smoothly. Will give training
