The Job

The Surveillance Investigator is responsible for monitoring day-to-day operations, protection of the casino's assets, and security of the property. The use of CCTV cameras, recording devices, and other surveillance equipment will be used to ensure integrity of gaming pursuant to AGLC guidelines & regulations, as well as the safety of patrons and staff.

Roles & Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and investigating discrepancies and incidents.
  • Maintaining a detailed log and submitting reports.
  • Carrying out duties and completing projects in teams, as well as an individual, as per standards set out by management.

Required skills & qualifications

  • Must be able to attain an AGLC gaming license.
  • Possess a high level of computer skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Be able to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Previous experience of table games is an asset (but not mandatory).
  • Available on weekends
