As a Business Development Specialist, you will drive high-impact growth initiatives across the North American market, shaping new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and supporting strategic decision-making. In this role, you'll translate data into actionable insights, lead cross-functional projects, and help accelerate our commercial performance locally. You will join PERGOLUX, a premium outdoor-living brand rooted in Scandinavian design, where we value integrity, ambition, innovation, humility, appreciation, and unity as we scale globally.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, support, and execute growth initiatives across the North American market.

  • Research new business opportunities, partnerships, and process improvements.

  • Assist with business case development, implementation, and performance tracking.

  • Analyze business performance data to uncover trends and generate insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize and execute global strategies.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, consulting, or operations.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects independently.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven environments.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and CRM/workflow tools.

  • Exceptional communication, organization, and a proactive ownership mindset.
