Are you an experienced landscape maintenance professional ready to lead a crew? Join KHS Landscape Professionals as one of our Landscape Maintenance Team Leads and take charge of maintaining some of the Okanagan's most beautiful residential properties.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who knows landscape maintenance, understands quality standards, and enjoys guiding a team to success.
What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and support a landscape maintenance crew
- Plan daily work, organize materials, and manage truck loading/unloading
- Perform and oversee pruning, bed care, mowing, fertilizing, and plant health care
- Work closely with our horticulturalist on plant-specific care and proper techniques
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
- Use scheduling and reporting tools (training provided)
- Communicate professionally with clients and ensure high-quality results
- Promote safety, productivity, and excellent workmanship onsite
What You Bring
- 2+ years landscape or grounds maintenance experience
- Previous experience leading or guiding a crew (formal or informal)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach a team and maintain high standards
- Reliability, professionalism, and strong time management
- Physical ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record
