Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in B2B sales environments. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective engagement with diverse client bases. The Sales Representative will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and building lasting client relationships.
Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through account management strategies
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet both client needs and company objectives
- Engage in business development efforts by researching market trends and identifying potential clients
- Present product solutions tailored to customer requirements, emphasizing technical sales aspects when applicable
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns and promotional materials
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking leads, managing customer data, and analyzing sales performance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Conduct analysis of sales data to inform strategic planning and improve sales effectiveness
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales roles preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Familiarity with account management and business development strategies
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales tactics
- Background in marketing or technical sales is advantageous but not mandatory
- Prior experience working in customer service environments will be beneficial
