Role Overview: We're looking for a Program Manager to join our team of Cybersecurity Professionals and contribute to our next phase of expansion. As our Program Manager, you will serve as the crucial link between our clients and Your role will be dynamic, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious program delivery, ultimately facilitating client success. We have two open roles available, with one role supporting clients and team members in EST/AST and the other supporting team members and clients in MST/PST. Candidates who are in CST can flex their hours either way to be eligible for one of the positions.
Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of information security programs for multiple clients, overseeing the full program lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution and closure.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the portfolio. Understand their security needs, maintain strong, collaborative relationships, and ensure continuous alignment and satisfaction across all engagements.
- Financial & Resource Management: Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting to optimize profitability and cost efficiency across the program's projects.
- Delivery and Coordination: Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables across concurrent programs. Balance priorities and ensure strict adherence to scope and budget to meet program objectives.
- Risk and Issue Resolution: Effectively manage program roadblocks and deviations from plan, implementing timely corrective actions and mitigation strategies to keep all programs on track and within defined objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams of security experts and consultants. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to drive program outcomes and consistently exceed client expectations.
- Business Development: Identify upselling opportunities based on evolving client needs or program outcomes, and collaborate with appropriate internal channels to capitalize on these opportunities and drive business growth.
- Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing proactive measures to ensure the security, integrity, and success of all client engagements.
- Service Excellence: Conduct regular reviews and assessments with customer success managers to uphold the highest standards of service delivery, security best practices, and overall client satisfaction.
- Communication & Alignment: Facilitate clear and transparent communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring complete alignment on project goals and expectations throughout the program.
- Process Improvement: Drive process enhancements and knowledge sharing initiatives within the consulting team to elevate service quality and consistently drive maximum client value.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in business, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in B2B client-facing roles, managing technology or business change projects and/or programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to engage with customer executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs.
- Experience managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., ) and familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., Vanta).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Compliance and Trust products would be advantageous.
Nice to have:
- Program and/or project management-related certification such as CAPM, PMP, or PgMP.
- Previous experience working in information security or information technology industry.
- Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management frameworks, and industry standards.
- Certification in Information Security such as CISSP, CISM .
